- A 6 night minimum stay is required during prime time
(June 13 - Aug 14, 2009)
- A 2 night minimum stay is required during all other times
- $50 deposit due upon acceptance of a nightly reservation (2 to 5 nights)
- $200 deposit due upon acceptance of a weekly reservation (6 or more nights)
- Balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival
- One time $60 cleaning fee due with balance
- Owner must be called (Toll Free) to make reservation
Weekly reservations during prime time (June 13 - Aug 14, 2009)
are Saturday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday
Check-In Time 4 p.m. Check-Out Time 10 a.m.
Our Cancellation Policy

Every effort will be made to fill the nights that are cancelled.

Deposit is refundable only if all days reserved are filled in full

If cancellation occurs after reservation is paid in full, a partial refund is possible for each night filled after a cancellation.
